Our recruiter performs the following services prior to presenting an applicant to you

• An initial telephone screening interview of each job candidate
• An in office face-to-face interview with each job candidate
• Checks all relevant work references and letters of recommendation from previous employers and calls these references to verify such information
• Verification, using two forms of legal identification, that each job candidate is either a U.S. citizen or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States

But before any fee is collected, our outside experts perform the following critical background checks on the applicant.

• Criminal
• Social security trace
• Sex offender registry
• Vehicle checks
